Job Summary
The South African Reserve Bank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced receptionist to join our team. As a Corporate Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
• Receive and welcome visitors, ensuring a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and maintain a high level of productivity.
• Respond to incoming telephone calls, using initiative to resolve queries and route calls to relevant staff members as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on visitor interactions and telephonic trends.
• Collaborate with the Team Leader to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.

Requirements
• A Higher Certificate in Reception or Call Centre (NQF5) or equivalent qualification.
• Registered PSIRA grade D/E officer an added advantage.
• Minimum two years' experience in a corporate environment, preferably in a reception role.
