Key Responsibilities
  • We're seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to assist in planning, executing, and delivering projects to meet deadlines, stay within scope, and adhere to budgets.
  • The ideal candidate will work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and help align team activities with project goals.
  • You'll act as a key contact for team members and clients, ensuring timely and clear communication about project status, risks, and changes.
  • The successful candidate will also track project budgets and support cost optimization while maintaining project quality.
  • Additionally, you'll prepare regular updates for stakeholders, monitor project performance, and contribute to post-project reviews.
  • You'll have the opportunity to suggest refinements to project management methodologies for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Skills and Experience
  • You should be familiar with project management platforms like Asana or Monday.com.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are a must.
  • You'll need to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidates should be able to identify challenges and contribute to effective solutions.
  • Collaborative mindset is essential in working with diverse teams to achieve project goals.
  • High attention to detail is necessary for tracking, budgeting, and documentation.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities are required.
Requirements
  • We're looking for 1-3 years of project coordination or management experience, preferably in a dynamic cross-functional team environment.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools like Asana or Monday.com is essential.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall is desired.
Work Arrangement and Schedule
  • This role is remote (candidates must have their own equipment).
  • Hours are 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST.
