The Demi Chef De Partie plays a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences onboard MSC Cruises, working closely with our culinary team to ensure seamless food preparation and presentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervises a team of culinary professionals, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene.
  • Ensures efficient use of resources, managing inventory and controlling waste.
  • Cultivates a positive and productive team environment, providing guidance and support to team members.
  • Maintains open communication channels, fostering collaboration and teamwork among colleagues.

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent required.
  • PREFERRED: Completed technical education in Hospitality or Culinary Arts.
  • Certified in Food Safety/HACCP.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Cruise ship experience advantageous.

Estimated Annual Salary: $70,000 - $90,000.
