Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and project management, with experience leading small to medium-sized teams in Oil and Gas, Mining, Cement, and Paper Industry.

  • Coordinate overall project planning and allocate resources effectively.
  • Clarify specifications and liaise with internal and external project teams.
  • Monitor milestones and budgets, initiating actions to mitigate non-conformance costs.
  • Maintain constant communication with customers, contractors, and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Current ECSA registration (an advantage).
  • PM@Innomotics and/or PMP certification (an advantage).
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in project management and leading teams.
  • Experience with projects ranging from EUR700k to EUR2.5mio.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with electrical and control system engineering in target industries.
  • Proven track record in executing projects successfully.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Projects, Primavera).
  • Fluent English language skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
