About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aftercare Supervisor to join our team. As an Aftercare Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the care and safety of our students during the school term and holidays. You will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the running of the after-school programme, planning engaging activities for students, and managing the aftercare assistants.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and support the running of the after-school programme
  • Plan and implement engaging activities for students according to our educational philosophy
  • Manage the aftercare assistants and ensure they are equipped to provide excellent care and support to our students
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of our students at all times

Requirements:
  • ECD Certificate / Currently studying towards Bachelor's degree in Education or Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) - Advantageous
  • Must be proficient in speaking, reading and writing in English
  • You have a deep understanding of children and know how to connect with the specific age group that you teach
  • You are a team player and enjoy working collaboratively with others
  • You are adept at using technology and willing to learn new skills
