This role requires a candidate with a strong IT and finance background to build robust data models, enhance reporting capabilities, and provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. Key responsibilities include:

  • Redefine and modernize People & Culture analytics to ensure real-time, predictive, and business-relevant insights.
  • Improve efficiency and accessibility by consolidating and automating data sources across multiple HR systems.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools to translate HR data into actionable business intelligence.
  • Implement forecasting and workforce planning models to support business growth.

Key performance indicators include:

  • Reduction in manual reporting effort and increase in automated analytics solutions.
  • Improvement in time-to-insight for key HR metrics.
  • Increased adoption rate of analytics dashboards across HR and business functions.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's or equivalent degree and 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, finance, or IT, preferably within a multinational environment. They should have strong analytical skills with expertise in Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools and hands-on experience with HRIS, data warehousing, and cloud-based analytics platforms.
