Credit Controller Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Credit Controller to join our team in Cape Town. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing debtors, performing credit checks, and maintaining accurate records.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage debtors and maintain accurate records.
- Perform credit checks and make recommendations on credit risk.
- Conduct month-end collections and achieve set targets.
- Prepare and structure monthly invoices/statements to facilitate timely payments.
- Address account queries, proof of deliveries (PODs), credits, etc., in a timely manner.
- Maintain proper filing of day-to-day documentation.
- Accurately allocate payments from bank statements to respective accounts.
Qualifications and Experience:
To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in Credit Control and Debtors, with excellent problem-solving skills and a knack for accuracy. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Credit Control/Debtors is also required.
