About the Role:

  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of Food Safety Management Systems
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop control measures to mitigate food safety risks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement training programs for food safety personnel

Requirements:

  • Completed a Tertiary Qualification in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Public Health or related disciplines
  • Any learnings and exposure to Food Safety Management Systems
  • Certification e.g. ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRC, HACCP, PRP's
  • South African Citizen, clear criminal record
  • Must be 18 – 28 years old
  • Completed and Passed a Degree Qualification
  • Currently unemployed and NOT studying full time
  • Should NOT have participated in YES previously
