Job Description

We are seeking a skilled F&B Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Greeting and seating guests in the dining area, taking into account any special requests or dietary restrictions
  • Taking food and beverage orders from guests and entering them into the system accurately
  • Serving food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintaining a clean and organized dining area, including setting and clearing tables
  • Assisting with any guest inquiries or requests, providing exceptional customer service at all times
  • Following all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and hygienic dining experience for guests
  • Working closely with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
  • Attending training sessions and meetings as required

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • To be fluent in German (both written and spoken)
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a cruise ship or hospitality setting
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • The ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • To pass a background check and obtain necessary certifications for working on a cruise ship
