- Financial Management: Maintain an accurate fixed assets register and physical assets verifications.
- Financial Analysis: Prepare variance report clearly addressing material differences against budgets and previous results.
- Financial Operations: Review of monthly payroll reports to ensure they are correct and in line with the relevant regulations.
- Financial Planning: Prepare finance policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Financial Operations: Process payments on various client banking portals.
- Financial Control: Improve internal controls and ensure adherence to controls in place.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: Proven experience (10+ years) in financial accounting, preferably within the security and construction industry.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations (IFRS).
- Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Leadership: Experienced and independent person to oversee the finance department, plan, and balance multiple tasks.
- Technology: Proficiency in accounting software (Pastel partner) and MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Communication: Excellent organizational and planning skills with the ability to prioritize time and work effectively.
- Leadership: Experience in mentoring junior staff.
