Call Centre Supervisor

Taking on the role of Assistant Operations Manager at TFG Financial Services Call Centre presents an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a team of supervisors in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment.
The Following Responsibilities Will Be Yours:
- Leading and managing the team to achieve high performance levels and meet sales targets.
- Maintaining and improving compliance standards and legislative requirements.
- Developing and implementing effective Telemarketing strategies.
- Coaching and developing individuals to achieve optimum people productivity.
- Motivating and engaging staff to improve morale and retention rates.
- Planning and coordinating resources to optimise portfolio productivity.
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Providing accurate analysis and insights from reports to inform business decisions.
- Addressing customer and operational queries in a timely and efficient manner.
Essential Requirements:
- Relevant management-related qualification preferred.
- Outbound sales experience in Telemarketing essential.
- 2 years supervisory experience necessary.
- 2 years management experience managing a team of managers (advantageous).
- Strong analytical and decision-making ability, combined with excellent numerical and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Intermediate Excel required.
- Understanding and application of people management procedures.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to drive results.
- Highly motivated and driven individual with excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability essential.
