  7. Communication Effectiveness: Ensure clear and effective communication, both verbally and via email.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-4 years' experience in lead generation, specifically in OA, ICT, and VOICE sectors.
  • Cold Calling Abilities: Strong cold calling skills and a proven track record of generating leads.
  • Linguistic Proficiency: Clear and concise command of the English language (both spoken and written).
  • Technical Competence: Proficiency in email communication, internet research, Google tools, and Microsoft.
  • Data Management: Ability to effectively capture and organize data in CRM platforms.
  • Transportation: A car is beneficial but not required.
  • Persuasion and Negotiation Skills: A passion for lead generation with excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Results Orientation: A disciplined, results-driven approach to work with the ability to meet KPIs and targets.
