Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to generate leads and qualify potential customers from an existing list.
  • Present and articulate the value proposition of Microsoft Services and Cloud Backup solutions.
  • Utilise a big quantity of provided leads to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and appointment setting targets.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our product offerings and industry trends.
  • Handle objections and provide relevant information to potential clients.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication with potential customers.

Requirements:

  • Solid experience as a Telemarketer.
  • Ability to work a role that consists of cold calling for the majority of the working day.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Services and Cloud Backup solutions.
