At Kerridge Commercial Systems (KCS), we're seeking a skilled Product Owner to play a key role in our business management solutions.

The Product Owner will be responsible for taking ownership of the product backlog and managing the delivery of new features or fixes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Development Team to ensure clear priorities and development goals that deliver maximum value to the business and customers.
  • Elicit customer and stakeholder requirements, translating them into features that meet acceptance criteria.
  • Manage, refine, and prioritize the product backlog to ensure it's in a healthy state for release planning.
  • Actively participate in Agile team ceremonies to coach the team on minimal viable solutions.
  • Set sprint goals for the Development Team and manage release delivery risk to Product/Project Management teams.
  • Review release documentation and carry out user acceptance testing before release completion.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with different levels of technical ability to solicit requirements.
  • Proficiency in creating, maintaining, and prioritizing product backlogs using product management tools.
  • Experience working within Agile delivery frameworks for business management software development companies.
  • Leading, developing, and coaching a team to build a collaborative self-organized culture.
  • Working knowledge of software development life cycle processes and best practices.
  • Knowledge of Kerridge Commercial Services markets, customers, and use cases.
