Account Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Exclusively Remote. As the primary point of contact for our valued clients, you will embody our vision and core values while providing exceptional client relations.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and Nurture Long-Term Relationships: Build trust and transparency with clients through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Client Satisfaction and Retention: Proactively check in with clients to gauge satisfaction, address needs, and implement strategies to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Issue Resolution and Escalation: Address and resolve client concerns efficiently, escalating issues to appropriate teams when necessary, and managing the resolution process.
- Lead Identification and Product Opportunities: Identify potential leads and product opportunities for the sales team.
- Client Information Management: Maintain accurate client information and summarize discussions and action items in follow-up emails, clearly outlining next steps.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with various departments to coordinate tasks and resolve client issues, ensuring complete fulfillment of responsibilities.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in account management or project management.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Proven experience handling and resolving client issues.
- Time Management: Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Relationship Building: Proactive in identifying client needs and offering effective solutions.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently while being a positive team player.
- Creativity: Creative thinking and innovative ideas to enhance client and team outcomes.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Teams; familiarity with Asana and ZenDesk is preferred.
