Operational Theatre Unit Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced operational theatre unit manager to lead and direct the operating theatre unit optimisation through process analysis and re-engineering. The successful candidate will facilitate process enhancement and change in terms of business strategies ensuring maximum revenue, efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the operational efficiencies of the operating theatre unit
- Manage and mitigate operational risks within the operating theatre unit for all theatre users
- Ensure alignment of operating theatre operations with the strategic objectives of the hospital
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal auditing bodies
- Manage key stakeholder relations
Requirements
- 4 to 8 years related experience
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in operational or business management, preferably in a healthcare setting. Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management are essential. Excellent stakeholder management skills and at least 2-4 years experience leading a team are also required.
