This is a key role that requires a skilled professional to lead engagements across Corporate & Investment Banking and own client business plans to apply multiple flow solutions within a single solution set (i.e., Cash, Trade or Investor Services (IS)) and a single solution in another solution set for multiple clients in a single location to maintain revenue for an allocated portfolio and ensure client and solution satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of TxB flow solutions and apply them to various client contexts.
- Identify opportunities to maintain revenue within allocated portfolios by analyzing existing clients.
- Perform comprehensive multi-client desktop analytics with a focus on income within a one-year timespan.
- Understand client needs in the context of multiple flow solutions across multiple solution sets and review client portfolios to identify potential upsell and/or cross-sell opportunities across two product sets.
- Lead TxB client engagement across CIB (directly or as a member of a cross-functional CIB team) and escalate red flags to relevant areas for resolution.
- Owning and maintaining client business plans with a focus on a one-year time span and consulting with all relevant TxB market contacts.
- Apply solutions to client contexts and prepare pitches using standard formats for multiple solution sets.
- Collaborate with TxB teams regarding preparation, roles, decisions required, and plan client approaches in terms of who to meet, how often, and what is desired as an outcome.
- Position standard offerings in a compelling manner while adhering to Solutioning toolbox parameters.
- Act as primary contacts for ongoing client concerns, negotiations, and prioritization, ensuring all deal pipeline deadlines are met to enable accurate projections.
