We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at ANEW Hotel OR Tambo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

The successful candidate will be based in Gauteng, Benoni, and will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory management, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the restaurant team to ensure excellent customer service and a positive dining experience
  • Supervise staff to ensure efficient service delivery and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Manage inventory and maintain accurate records
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:
