Sales Territory Leader

We are looking for a skilled Sales Territory Leader to join our team in the Western Cape region. As a Sales Territory Leader, you will be responsible for leading the sales team and achieving regional sales and profitability goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional revenue and profitability quotas.
- Provide quality leadership to internal and external customers in assigned tasks.
- Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information to identify opportunities for growth.
- Sell value and solutions to customers and drive market share within the region.
- Direct selling activities within the region, including resource deployment and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and report on regional sales performance and provide insights for improvement.
- Post-matric qualification preferred, supported by 5 years of sales experience.
- Previous sales experience in MHE in the Western Cape region preferred.
- Proven record of achievement in a prior sales position.
- Strong closing skills and prior attendance at formal sales training courses a plus.
- Proven oral, written, telephone, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and retain product-specific information and utilise it to present features and benefits to customers.
