About This Role:

We are seeking an HR Graduate to join our team and support our high-performing operational environment. As an HR Graduate, you will be responsible for assisting in recruitment processes, ensuring accurate administration responsibilities in the HR department, and gaining exposure to various sections within the HR Business unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support recruitment processes and ensure accurate administration responsibilities in the HR department.
  2. Be fully responsible for your own development and receive full exposure to the HRBP space.
  3. Assist in identifying, planning, and delivering training based on the training strategy and training needs.
  4. Provide administrative support for Learning & Development activities.
  5. Assist with the Workplace Skills Plan and Annual Training Report.
  6. Support Employment Equity and BBBEE initiatives.
  7. Coordinate delivery of HR services by resolving queries and requests efficiently.
  8. Support disciplinary hearings and grievances administration.
  9. Participate in change management and communication on HR projects.
  10. Support community engagement initiatives as part of CREW.

Requirements:

  1. National Diploma or a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management.
  2. 0 – 1 year working experience in a similar role.
  3. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
