Job Summary
The CT Scan Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the CT Scan Department at AdventHealth North Pinellas. This position requires a skilled radiologic technologist who can lead a team of imaging professionals in delivering exceptional patient care and producing high-quality diagnostic images.

Responsibilities
- Supervise personnel in the CT Scan Department, ensuring that all staff members are working efficiently and effectively to meet patient needs
- Maintain accurate records of patient procedures, radiation safety protocols, and departmental performance metrics
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve workflow, quality, and patient satisfaction
- Perform CT Scan procedures independently or as part of a team, utilizing knowledge of radiation safety and technical scanning protocols

Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
- ARRT certification and State of FL Radiologic Technologist licensure
- BLS certification
- Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising medical imaging staff
