**Job Description:** As our Helpdesk Operations Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of technical support specialists and overseeing the helpdesk system to ensure timely issue resolution and effective communication with clients.
**Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of technical support specialists to enhance performance and employee satisfaction.
- Customer Support Management: Oversee the helpdesk system, implement best practices for customer service, and develop a comprehensive knowledge base.
- Technical Issue Resolution: Provide advanced technical support for software issues, collaborate with technical teams, and analyze helpdesk trends.
**Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Proven experience in a helpdesk or technical support role, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong knowledge of ticketing systems, CRM software, and remote support tools.
