Key Responsibilities

As a Front Counter Parts Sales Executive at Sydsen, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their parts needs, and providing effective solutions.

Sales and Promotion: Proactively promote and sell automotive parts, ensuring targets and quotas are met or exceeded.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest automotive parts and accessories, providing expert advice to customers.

Order Management: Efficiently process parts orders, track shipments, and resolve any issues to ensure timely delivery.

Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in Automotive Parts Sales.
  • Must have experience as a Front Counter Parts Sales Executive.
  • Experience working on Evolve and BSI.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for exceeding targets.
