The Recruitment Council is looking for a highly skilled Short Term Underwriter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in short-term underwriting, specifically in Personal Lines, with a minimum of three years in a senior underwriter/management role.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement underwriting management strategies.
  • Manage and monitor short-term underwriting requirements.
  • Authorize high levels of risks within company guidelines.
  • Conduct bi-annual underwriting audits to ensure compliance with risk appetite.
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of experience in Short Term Underwriting (Personal Lines).
