Key Responsibilities
- To coordinate and manage client information and claims, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- To possess excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and staff.
- To demonstrate strong organizational skills, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines efficiently.
- To be proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Requirements:
A minimum of 2 years' work experience in an administrative role, preferably within the medical sector.
Possess a Grade 12 qualification or equivalent, with relevant certification a plus.
Excellent language skills, including Afrikaans and English, with the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build rapport with clients and staff.
