  • Ensure that all contracts comply with relevant laws and regulations, including industry-specific standards and international trade laws where applicable.
  • Assist in resolving any disputes that arise from contractual agreements, either through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, or litigation.
  • Keep detailed records of all contracts and related documents for reference and compliance purposes.
