At National Risk Managers, we are committed to excellence in telehealth services. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Department Leader - Telehealth Operations to join our team.
OverviewThe Department Leader - Telehealth Operations will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our telehealth department, ensuring that we deliver high-quality services to our customers. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in managing teams and driving results.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will have a deep understanding of telehealth operations and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. They will be responsible for leading a team of professionals, developing and implementing strategies to improve quality of service, productivity, and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in call centre management, with experience in staff development, performance management, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the telehealth department, ensuring that we deliver high-quality services to our customers.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity, and profitability.
- Lead a team of professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure their growth and development.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, identifying areas for improvement and developing plans to address them.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that drive business results.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, healthcare, or psychology).
- At least 5 years of experience in call centre management, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
