Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

 

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.

 

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our regional sales team in developing and executing a comprehensive regional sales strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting sales targets, managing pipelines, and providing clear direction while also being involved in the execution of initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Set sales targets and manage pipelines to ensure maximum revenue growth.
  • Provide clear direction and guidance to the regional sales team while also being involved in the execution of initiatives.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with the sales team to provide constructive feedback and identify training and development needs.
  • Direct observation through face-to-face visits to provide timely feedback on how to position company products and address customer needs.
  • Generate regular sales reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights to senior management.
