Job Overview:

This position requires a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a tele-underwriting consultant, you will be responsible for confirming client cover, resolving queries, and maintaining internal service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Confirm client cover by conducting outbound calls and verifying client details.
  • Assist clients with queries and provide solutions to their concerns.
  • Collaborate with the underwriting team to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Conduct quality checks on captured information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

A relevant tertiary qualification and experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
