We are seeking a highly skilled Receptionist/Switchboard Operator to join our team at our Pinelands location.

Job Description:

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate individuals with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Operate the switchboard for all incoming calls with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Perform various administrative tasks and data capturing with attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Matric Certificate as proof of academic qualifications.
  • At least one year of experience in reception or switchboard operations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Exceptional telephone skills and etiquette to provide top-notch customer service.
  • Proficiency in English language; knowledge of Afrikaans or Xhosa is a plus.
  • Calls Centre experience is beneficial but not essential.
