Requirements:

  • Education: Technical and/or project management-based education is preferred.
  • Experience: Experience in a similar role is required.
  • Industry Experience: Experience within a regulatory, building control, health and safety, or risk management environment is essential.
  • Skills: Ability to review technical documents, such as standards, proposals, designs, budgets, etc. Project management and administration skills and knowledge are also required.
  • Software Skills: Data processing and analysis skills in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) are advantageous.
  • Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Teamwork: Equally capable of working independently or in a team (collaborative) environment.
  • Initiative: Diligent in following instructions and procedures, and able to use initiative in dealing with challenges and when they arise.
  • Self-Motivation: A high level of self-motivation and ability to set and meet goals is required.
