Job Description:

The role of Time and Attendance Coordinator is critical to the success of our HR department. You will be responsible for analysing and supporting our Time and Attendance System, monitoring timecards, and resolving issues on behalf of users and management.

You will work closely with the Human Resources team to maintain accurate attendance records, resolve discrepancies, and implement system improvements.

This is a dynamic role that requires attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and effective communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Extensive experience in Time and Attendance systems
  2. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Audit and compliance knowledge (a plus)
