We are seeking an experienced Senior Pharmaceutical Manager to lead our business in South Africa. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong track record of managing businesses and launching products in the specialty pharma space.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic direction and effective leadership to the team in South Africa. This includes developing and implementing business strategies to achieve ambitious performance objectives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing business relationships and contract negotiations

Additionally, the Senior Pharmaceutical Manager will be expected to:

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $120,000 and $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
