Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our facilities. Your expertise in maintenance and management will be essential in maintaining a safe, attractive, and functional environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively manage complete facility maintenance, including but not limited to, maintaining superior condition of company space and acting as the landlord/vendor liaison.
  • Review government regulations, renewal of operating licenses, work permits, and other requirements from authorities related to the business.
  • Effectively lead and manage Facilities team within department's SLA and KPIs standards, including Facilities Technicians, Service Contractors, Facilities Systems (BMS), Security Team, Janitorial Team, and critical equipment contractors.
  • Maintain various facility systems such as HVAC, CCTV, turn styles, elevators, electrical stairs, utilities, and systems like emergency generator, UPS, lighting, security, and Fire Detection and Alarm System (FDAS).
  • Establish and manage Facilities budget (Opex and Capex), creating purchase requisitions including supplies, follow up on invoices payments, and be responsible for reporting financial information. In conjunction with corporate real estate, evaluate present and future needs for real estate.
  • Develop and maintain standards to manage relationships with facility-related vendors such as Janitorial, Security, HVAC, CCTV, turn styles, elevators, electrical stairs, utilities, and systems like emergency generator, UPS, lighting, and Fire Detection and Alarm System (FDAS). Conduct Quarterly Business Review (QBR) with all facilities-related vendors.
  • Effectively manage customer expectations and ongoing customer relations. Communicate status and timeline of facility maintenance projects, enhancements, and changes.
  • Implement and communicate policies that impact safety and security to customers, including Risk Management policies pertaining to Information Security and Management System.
  • Manage facility programs covering disaster preparedness and recovery, and coordinate with headquarters division to implement company-wide Emergency Response Plan. Be the point of contact during a disaster situation to return safely to operations, requiring availability or having a designee to respond in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and oversee facilities architectural drawings and floor plans, ensuring all construction drawings and floor plans are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Maintain the database of facilities fixed assets and its ranking.
Geographic Location Considerations:
  • Assist with Environmental questions/issues.
  • Act as Emergency Manager during emergencies like calamities, fire, etc.
  1. Commander of Emergency Control Organization (ECO) Support.
  2. Have full control of ECO activation within the area of responsibility.
  3. Update Emergency Director on emergency situations.
