Job Description:
RareCruit is seeking a skilled Sales and Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key player in driving business expansion, this individual will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients.
About the Role:
This role requires a professional with a proven track record in sales and business development, specifically in the property management software industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell Property Management Software to clients in Gauteng
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet daily KPIs
- Prospect for new business opportunities and build a sales pipeline
- Closing deals from end to end and becoming an industry expert
- Negotiate deals, contracts, and legal documents
- On-board new clients and manage accounts
- Achieve a certain number of conversions per month
Requirements:
- Proven ability to handle significant volumes of outbound activities
- Demonstrate verbal and written (email) skills in a very professional manner
- Ability to do initial research prior to contacting prospects
- Ability to understand overall presentations, demos, competitive differentiation
- Must have a desire to keep up to date on technology trends, developments & best practices
