• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to inform future marketing decisions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

Key Performance Indicators
• Deliver a minimum of 12 successful marketing campaigns per year, resulting in measurable increases in brand awareness and engagement.
• Drive follower growth by at least 20% annually on key platforms, ensuring consistent engaging content tailored to our audience.
• Maintain a 90% excellent rating for client feedback on campaigns, demonstrating creativity and alignment with brand goals.
• Achieve a 25% increase in online interactions (likes, shares, comments) for each campaign compared to previous benchmarks.

Requirements
• A degree or diploma in Marketing, Media, Communication, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or campaign conceptualization.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and tools like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a flair for creativity and innovation.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Familiarity with instore marketing and retail promotions is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of WordPress and Elementor.
