**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Manager to oversee and manage our lending operations, focusing on Purchase Order Funding and Invoice Discounting. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing credit risk, approving loans, and managing the credit portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement credit policies and procedures to ensure sound credit practices
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient loan processing and client satisfaction
  • Monitor and report on credit performance, ensuring targets are met or exceeded
  • Conduct site visits to operating offices across the country, approximately once or twice per month

Requirements:

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven experience (±5 years) in credit management, with a focus on Purchase Order Funding and Invoice Discounting
  • Strong analytical and risk assessment skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to travel as required bi-monthly

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree/Tertiary qualification is beneficial
  • Grade 12 (Matric)
