As a Key Account Manager SecureDrive, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure their needs are met. Your role will involve:

  1. Managing client expectations and resolving any issues that may arise.
  2. Servicing the tracking portal, new fitments, repairs, stolen vehicle recoveries, and other relevant matters.
  3. Coordinating with internal teams to address client queries and concerns.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Prepare and present various reports to the customer and assist with internal reporting requirements.
  • Ensure the client database is managed effectively and regularly checked, reconciled, and updated.
  • Manage all day-to-day operations, including new fitments, repairs, de-installations, and reinstallations.
  • Coordinate marketing material and training for customer branches.

**Requirements:**

  • Work experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Very strong computer skills, specifically in Excel and data manipulation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Great interpersonal skills.
