Key Responsibilities
  • Lead business process improvement initiatives for SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management systems enablement.
  • Interact with clients to understand business requirements and conclude blueprint, configuration, testing, migration, support, and continuous enhancements.
  • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements.
  • Manage SAP SuccessFactors projects to ensure timely delivery.
Requirements
  • National Diploma in IT or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 6 years' experience of SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management systems.
  • Knowledge and experience with SAP modules: SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management systems, Proven experience in SF implementations at multinational companies.
  • End-to-End implementation experience in SF Learning Management systems.
  • Understanding of business processes related to SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management systems and Employee Central.
Desirable Skills
