About the Role

Vestas seeks a highly skilled Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) professional to join the Global HSE SAEF department.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments, HSE inspections, and audits to ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
  • Provide HSE training and support to operations teams, including basic safety training and training requirements.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to investigate and analyze incidents and hazardous observations.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to support a "Zero Incident Culture".

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in EH&S in a local and international work environment.
  • IOSH or NEBOSH certificate.
  • Proficiency in contractor/subcontractor sustainability management.
  • Expertise in hazard job site assessment/analysis/solution, risk assessments, incident investigation, and root cause analysis.
  • Knowledge of HSE legislation and experience in development/implementation of processes and procedures.
