The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of experience in new or used car sales, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. They should consistently exceed monthly targets, deliver exceptional customer service, and have a proven sales track record backed by strong references.
Key Requirements- A Matric Certificate
- A valid Drivers License
- At least 2 years of recent Car Sales experience in a franchised motor dealership
- Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
- A clear understanding of the vehicle sales process in a franchised dealership
- A stable work history
- Reliable and contactable references
