Description of the Job

This role is focused on growing our presence within the travel industry by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and executing sales initiatives.

Main Responsibilities
  • New Business Development:
    • Develop a deep understanding of the travel industry and its players to identify new business opportunities.
    • Establish relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the industry.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships.
    • Develop tailored proposals that clearly communicate Wetu's value proposition.
  • Sales Process Ownership:
    • Owning the entire sales process, from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing deals.
    • Ensuring every client interaction is value-driven and solution-oriented.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborating with internal teams to align sales efforts with marketing, customer success, and product strategies.
    • Contributing to the refinement of sales processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Industry Engagement:
    • Representing Wetu at industry events to expand our network and brand presence.
    • Staying current with industry trends and using insights to refine sales approaches.
  • Performance Metrics:
    • Tracking sales metrics, analyzing market trends, and refining strategies to drive growth.
