Client Success Strategist

This role is focused on growing our presence within the travel industry by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and executing sales initiatives.
Main Responsibilities- New Business Development:
- Develop a deep understanding of the travel industry and its players to identify new business opportunities.
- Establish relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the industry.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships.
- Develop tailored proposals that clearly communicate Wetu's value proposition.
- Sales Process Ownership:
- Owning the entire sales process, from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing deals.
- Ensuring every client interaction is value-driven and solution-oriented.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborating with internal teams to align sales efforts with marketing, customer success, and product strategies.
- Contributing to the refinement of sales processes, tools, and best practices.
- Industry Engagement:
- Representing Wetu at industry events to expand our network and brand presence.
- Staying current with industry trends and using insights to refine sales approaches.
- Performance Metrics:
- Tracking sales metrics, analyzing market trends, and refining strategies to drive growth.
