Medical Devices Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Projects Administrator to join our team at Salesworx. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, processing orders, and coordinating logistics for our medical devices business.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture and process equipment serialized stock orders on relevant databases and prepare invoice calculations and load relevant Sales Order on Syspro.
- Review stock availability and proceed with procurement if necessary.
- Schedule orders for invoicing based on stock availability.
- Liaise with Technical Logistics Applications to arrange installation, delivery, or applications.
- Control and monitor demo or loan stock.
- Keep track of building alterations budget versus expenditure.
- Exchange Rate (ROE) variation and CPI calculations and invoices.
- Liaise with Finance to ensure payments are received in accordance with our Quoted T&Cs.
- Responsible for RADCON and SAHPRA license applications preparations.
- Control and monitor stock placed on usage deals.
- Control and monitor Rental or Payment arrangements.
- Distribute reports including ETA/ETD report, Invoicing Forecast, Technical Revenue sheet, serials sold report, and Reports using external data and Projects list where applicable.
RequirementsQualifications
A Grade 12 certificate is the minimum requirement.
Experience Required
- Previous experience in a medical company would be an advantage but not compulsory.
- Strong MS Office skills with strong skills in Excel.
- SYSPRO ERP or similar.
