Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Projects Administrator to join our team at Salesworx. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing stock and inventory, processing equipment serialized stock orders, and preparing invoices.


Key Responsibilities
  • Capture and process equipment serialized stock orders on relevant databases and prepare invoice calculations.
  • Review stock availability and procure stock as needed.
  • Schedule orders for invoicing based on stock availability.
  • Liaise with Technical, Logistics, and Applications teams to arrange installation, delivery, and applications.
  • Control and monitor demo and loan stock.
  • Keep track of building alterations budget vs. expenditure.
  • Exchange Rate (ROE) variation and CPI calculations.
  • Liaise with Finance to ensure payments are received in accordance with our Quoted T&Cs.
  • Responsible for RADCON and SAHPRA license applications preparations.
  • Control and monitor stock placed on usage deals.
  • Control and monitor Rental and Payment arrangements.
  • Distribute reports, including ETA/ETD reports, Invoicing Forecast, Technical Revenue sheet, and serials sold reports.

RequirementsQualifications
A Grade 12 certificate is the minimum requirement.

Experience Required
  • Previous experience in a medical company would be an advantage, but not compulsory.
  • Strong MS Office skills, with strong skills in Excel.
  • SYSPRO ERP or similar.
