Job Description:

As a Senior Solutions Leader at Dimension Data, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the creation of a comprehensive strategy for your practice that enables continuous integration and continuous delivery.

• Manage the transformation and growth of your practice across assigned geographies and portfolios, ensuring alignment with business strategies and priorities.

• Optimize the solution portfolio investment for owned business solutions, aligning with client needs and business goals.

• Identify and create demand for solutions that drive sales and ensure financial viability, preparing and reviewing cost estimates.

• Lead a team of individual contributors, ensuring performance goals are consistently reviewed and achieved.

• Facilitate regular training activities on relevant topics and subject matter to enhance practitioner and delivery skills.

• Support and maintain a community of practice where information and best practices can be shared.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create and implement a technology roadmap that articulates positioning, capabilities, and features for delivery enablement.

• Document and manage the formal plan of record, including business outcomes, release plans, investment plans, resource plans, assumptions, risks, and issues.

• Conduct solution design reviews to ensure capacity to provide the solution and profitability to the business, while ensuring client requirements are met.

• Assist with the development of service level agreements (SLAs) and conduct required reviews to ensure deliverables are met.

• Implement standards and tools for new solution architecture and deliver continuous delivery frameworks that promote reliability and competitiveness.

• Recommend continuous integration for tooling to support regions with automated build, test, and deployment, focusing on continuous improvement in quality delivery.

• Specify market requirements for current and future products or solutions by conducting market research supported by client engagement sessions.

Requirements:

Academic qualifications and certifications:

• Relevant Bachelor's degree

• Relevant certifications

Experience required:

• At least 4 years relevant experience in a pre-sales/sales role

• Experience managing and leading a team of technical and non-technical individuals

• Previous experience in a technical role

• Previous experience in proposal writing

• Budget management experience

• Project management experience

• Business development experience

Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:

• Good knowledge of the business and products/solutions

• Ability to own and mature the relationship with clients to achieve high levels of client satisfaction

• Demonstrate good persuasion and influence ability

• Good management and leadership skills and ability to think at a conceptual level

• Possess good communication skills (both verbally and written)

• Ability to interact with various stakeholders at a senior level

• Domain expertise of the solution market
