Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement technical solutions that meet client business objectives
  • Provide pre-sales technical support and expertise in analyzing client requirements
  • Work closely with client managers to develop holistic solutions
  • Define, document, and be accountable for the definition of Dimension Data's and partner/vendor solutions that meet client business requirements
  • Stay current with technological developments and foster relationships with key vendors and partners
Requirements:
  • Strong technical skills in Cisco, FortiGate, Velocloud, and other relevant technologies
  • Experience in pre-sales, solution design, and technical architecture
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of TOGAF and/or Zachman Frameworks, ITIL, SAFe, and other relevant methodologies
