About the Role:

  • Develop and implement strategic growth plans to drive business success.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including franchisees, brokers, and agents.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years' experience in development or project management.
  • A strong understanding of the retail industry and its trends.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.
