The Customer Experience Lead at TeleTech Holdings, Inc. plays a critical role in creating and delivering amazing customer experiences. As an Operations/Service Delivery Director in our Cape Town site, you will be part of a team that helps build engaged, pleased, profitable customer experiences powered by our combination of humanity and technology.

You will work closely with clients to discuss goals and needs, ensure your team is aligned with new information on projects, and actively work to improve processes and performance to enhance results.

The key success metrics associated with this role include forecasting accuracy, revenue and margin goals, client, customer, and Employee satisfaction scores, call volume projections, contractual bonus goals, and contractual client metric goals.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have 5 years+ call center management experience, 2 years at Director level ideally within a BPO, and continuously promote a performance-driven culture and always work towards reaching for amazing. You will also need to mentor and inspire others, engage and support your team in making sure they have the proper tools and systems to accomplish day-to-day tasks, and have a customer-focused mindset.
