The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in chemistry, biochemistry, microbiology, or food science/technology, complemented by relevant certifications such as Total Quality Management, HACCP, and management.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  1. Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or Food Science/Food Technology Diploma.
  2. Additionally qualified: Total Quality Management Certificate, HACCP Certificate, Management Certificate.
  3. Familiarity with ISO, HACCP, GMP, Food Technology, World-class manufacturing, and quality practices/models.
  4. Demonstrated proficiency in problem-solving tools, budgets, basic accounting, mathematics, operations management, audit compliance, BCEA, LRA, and advanced computer skills.
