As a key member of our Technical Support team, you will have the opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and people skills to deliver exceptional customer service.
This role requires a high level of proficiency in iOS repairs, with the ability to work efficiently within the prescribed turnaround time stipulated by Apple.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will also be responsible for:
- Providing comprehensive feedback and repair documentation for each repair, as per AASP guidelines
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Matric completion
- Apple iOS Certified (ACIT) or similar technical qualification
- 2+ years experience in repairing mobile hardware
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Tenacity: Demonstrating enthusiasm and urgency when achieving results and dealing with challenges
- Conflict Management: Managing complexity, disagreement, and conflict effectively and smoothly
